"Wish I could leave 0 stars. Used this business regarding a title to a new to me motorcycle. Filled paperwork 5/12 was told it would take 7-10 days. On day 7, they staring screen my husband’s calls and did not answer his calls but would answer mine unknowingly. On day 9, I went to the office as they would not answer my calls, and there was a sign on the door that they had closed early due to staffing shortages. Day 10, which was a Friday they ended up closing the office early because of the holiday. Despite the fact they were already closed one day earlier in the week due to their own issues. Still waiting on the paper that I paid over $100 for and cannot get a response. Apparently, I’m waiting for a piece of paper that was mailed from Texas to Georgia on 5-13 and still has not gotten into the office with of course no tracking number. They might be able to help you on insurance but don’t ask them for anything else they will take your money then ignore you."
